Does a high dose of Resveratrol cause more side effects?

The question is reasonable. Don’t you think that a high dose of Resveratrol might cause more problems than a low dose? Especially when you are new to Resveratrol it is crucial that you start with a low dose of Resveratrol to avoid any serious resveratrol side effects.

Studies showed that even low doses of Resveratrol can have great effects. The french have less problems with heart diseases, because of their daily consumption of red wine. Doesn’t that mean that small amounts of Resveratrol can help you to become healthier? This is a unsolved question.

Some athletes reported that a small amount of Resveratrol gave them quite an energy boost and made it possible for them to perform a lot better.

Many consumer also reported that they had to stop taking Resveratrol because they developed unwanted effects. Their Resveratrol dosage was too high.

What is a good Resveratrol dosage to start with? In my opinion you should statr with 50-100 mg and then increase it weekly or monthly by 50mg. Always listen to your body and control some important values like cholesterol levels or blood pressure.

To make sure to avoid any side effects I would also not take Resveratrol together with any other medications. We don’t know much about Resveratrol, but we know less about drug interactions.
